Abstract
Cultural industries (books, music, etc.) are more and more important in modern economy. Its international trade is growing exponentially during the last decades. This trend will continue as the results of technology progress. Developing countries are facing great danger to preserve their cultural industries and their valuable heritage for the future generation, unless adopting specific measures and policies.
Vietnamese professionals, from inland or abroad, can contribute to prepare these measures and policies
